- Magically Magnetic confirms the receipt your Internet order by e-mail. When your order is shipped we will notify you again by e-mail with the date of the shipment and the UPS tracking number if your package has shipped by this service. You may track your package at the UPS website by using the UPS tracking number.

- We are located in Western Pennsylvania and operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm EST. Orders are processed efficiently and quickly in the order they are received. For faster processing, please select Rush Processing. It is very important for you to give us a valid street address including any company name, apartment number or letter. Most small orders ship by US Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days. Large orders ship by UPS Ground and delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

- Magically Magnetic, Inc. ships most orders by Priority Mail when possible or United Parcel Service when necessary depending on weight and distance shipped. We reserve the right to make that determination. Customers may contact us to request special expedited service at their own expense. Expedited services include UPS or FedEx overnight, second day air, third day air and Saturday delivery. We usually ship the day the order is received or the day after the order is received, depending on what time in the day the order is placed. Orders received late in the day on Friday or the day before a holiday will usually ship the first regular business day after the weekend or holiday. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chart below.

We usually ship Priority Mail Flat Rate Service whenever possible. These orders ship by air and have very fast delivery. If an order is too large or heavy, then we will ship
by surface carrier (which may take up to 4 weeks to arrive), unless otherwise directed
by the customer. We provide the best shipping service available for your money. Faster
shipping requested by a customer is at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are
calculated based on the chart below.

For small orders under $150.00, it is completely safe and effective to use our automatic
shopping cart. You can go ahead and place your order totaling less than $150 US Dollars.
For orders of $150.00 or more, it is best to
contact us before placing your
order. Our automatic shipping cost calculator cannot calculate the charge as accurately
as a real customer service person.
Tell us what you want to order and where it will be shipped. We will respond
to you quickly with the cost of the product and the actual cost of shipping.

Automatic outrageous shipping charges
Online orders of $150.00 USD or more from outside the US and Canada are
automatically assessed a shipping charge of $1,000.00 through our shopping cart
system. This is not what your actual shipping charge will be but we had to have something
come up and we thought if we made it outrageous, you would call us to get the actual
shipping charge. Please contact us for actual shipping rates and methods before
attempting to place an order.

- Oversize, Overweight or Special Handling Surcharge
- Additional shipping charges
may apply to some items because of size, weight or special handling that is required to make
sure your order reaches you safely. This surcharge is in addition to the standard calculated
shipping fee. You will be contacted before your order is shipped. Our preferred shipping
method is Priority Mail with three day service to any state but oversize products require
additional handling and may only be shipped via UPS.
- Overnight Shipping of Samples
- Do you need a sample shipped overnight? We will gladly ship
samples overnight by FedEx, UPS or Express Mail Postal Service. You are required to pay the expedited shipping charge. Just
contact us and let us know of your needs and how you would like the sample
shipped. Payment can be made by credit card or we can bill to your FedEx or UPS account number by shipping collect. Your
account must allow freight collect shipping and be in good standing.

price available on your purchase. If you can find a better price on a comparable product before you
buy from us, show us a current invoice or price quote from another company and we will meet or beat it.

- Free gifts included with your order are totally at Magically Magnetic's discretion and cannot be returned or exchanged for other products.
- Custom Orders
- Orders for custom made
frames or custom cut sheet good materials like shelf labels and self-adhesive
sheet magnet can only be canceled before they are cut. Once a custom order is
made, cut or delivered, they cannot be canceled or returned for full refund.
If we feel the product is of a size that we can resell as is or it can be
re-cut and resold, a total or partial refund will be calculated. These
cases are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please be sure you want
custom made product before you place the order.
- Canceling an Order

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent
for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible
bank fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes,
we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. If you must cancel an order,

immediately. We ship most orders the same day the order
is placed. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may be assessed
a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you may be assessed
a 10% cancellation fee in addition to any applicable fees listed in our
Return Policy, before credit
is issued. This would be considered a return and not an order cancellation. Please
follow our Return Policy.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY without contacting us first for an RMA# will
be assessed restocking, cancellation and any other applicable fees before credit is
issued.
If you make a mistake and want to make a change to your order or change the shipping
address for the order, please do not place a second order with the updated amounts
or colors or shipping address. Please
contact us
immediately. Calling by phone is always best as if you leave a message by email or
voicemail, we may not get it until the next day. If you contact us quickly, we can
make most changes without incurring additional fees. We would love to help you in
any way we can.

Returning Unwanted Products
- If you decide that
you want to return a purchase, you must
contact us
and explain why the purchase is being returned. We will give you a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number to print on the outside of the return package.
This will insure that you get credit for the returned merchandise minus any restocking
or cancellation fees. If there is a problem with the product that we are responsible for,
you will receive a total 100% refund of the purchase price including shipping. If we made
a mistake in what we shipped to you, we will gladly make any reasonable efforts to get the
right materials to you. That does not mean however that we will overnight a package to you.
We usually ship by Priority Mail and that takes three days to any state in the union.
Again, our mistake will not cost you to return. Please contact us prior to any attempt
to return merchandise.

Returns and Refunds

for a RMA number, explaining the problem in detail. Be sure to state your reason for returning
merchandise and include your invoice number. Unless we find the error to be ours,
any return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please note that
all RMA# requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to
a 10% restocking charge and a 10% cancellation fee. When returning product for a
refund, you must return all free gifts. The product must be returned in new condition
in the original packaging with the invoice. We will credit your Credit Card or send you
a check for the original invoice amount minus applicable fees and shipping costs.

UPS may want to inspect them. We will advise you by email what to do.

Exchanges

merchandise and include your invoice number. Unless we find the error to be ours,
any exchange shipping charges, based on the total of the order, are the customer's
responsibility and the product will be subject to a 10% restock charge. Please note

product provided that the product is in new condition. We reserve the right to
refuse product in less than new condition. The product must be returned in the
original packaging with the invoice.
