Shipping and Return Policies
We are located in Western Pennsylvania and operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm EST. Orders are processed efficiently and quickly in the order they are received. For faster processing, please select Rush Processing. It is very important for you to give us a valid mailing address including any company name, apartment number or letter. Most orders ship by US Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days. Large orders ship by UPS Ground and delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are based on the order total.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Tracking your order
Magically Magnetic confirms the receipt your order by email. When your order has shipped, we will notify you again by email with the date of the shipment and the tracking number if available. If you have an account, you may log in to view your order status and history.
Orders for custom made frames or custom cut sheet good materials including but not limited to shelf labels, self-adhesive sheet magnet and vent covers, can only be canceled before they are produced. Once a custom order is produced, cut or delivered, it cannot be canceled or returned for full refund. If we feel the product can be resold as is or can be altered and resold, a partial refund will be calculated. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please be sure you want custom made product before you place the order.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and if necessary, assign an RMA number for your return shipment. Unless we find the error to be ours, any return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please note that all return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge and a 10% cancellation fee. When returning product for a refund, you must return all free gifts. The product must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. We will credit your method of payment or send you a check for the original invoice amount minus applicable fees and shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within about two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Damaged During Transit
Contact customer service immediately, explaining the problem in detail. Be sure to keep your package materials and invoice, The carrier may want to inspect them. We will advise you by email on how to proceed.
